4th Series - That's A Wrap

We started with the first running dog just before 7:00 am and finished with the 80th running dogs just around 1:20 pm. Which averages to be about 4.75 minutes per dog. 

We will be back with the callbacks and direction on our next series as soon as we get it.

150. FC-AFC 3R'S MR T SMOKEN JOE, "Smokie" BLM, James Hurst

 Smokie took a whistle before the water then two more to get on and off the point. His last whistle in the back water to adjust his line which worked because he carried it all the way to get his bird.

149. NDC SEASIDES GOT TO GET UP AND TRY QAA, "Pink" BLF, Mark Medford

Pink had one whistle before the water and three that carried her over the point. She never stopped and reentered the water and continued to carry on up to the mound and on to her bird!!

145. A RIVERS BREEZE BRINGS US FAITH, "Faith" BLF, Wayne Carey

Wayne blew the whistle two times to get Faith to the water, then once more to her off the right point. The final four whistles were three to get on and off the left point and one to the bird.

143. FC-AFC J & C'S ANOTHER ROUND IN THE CHAMBER, "Bullet" BLM, Joseph Couey

Bullet lined to the water to take his first whistle to get on and off the point. Checking out a little drag back Bullet received one more whistle and he had his bird.!

Stryder's initial line got him into the water. He received two whistles in the channel and two more on the point. The last two came on the road and one one the mound for a 6 whistle blind. Nice Job

Rambo took three whistles before entering the water and three more going down the channel. Seth blew the whistle two more time on the point. Getting four more whistles in the back piece of water. At the end the dog did not stop because he could not hear the whistles.

139. FC-AFC BAYOU-STAR ROYAL BABY, "Brit" BLF, John Caire

Brit took a whistle before the water than one to adjust her line in the water. Another blow came at the point. Two more whistles came to adjust her line in the back water. Brit went up and out with the final whistle coming on the mound.

Pistol took five whistles before the water. he entered the water across from the right point. Taking three more whistles to get on and off the point that carried him to the mound with a final whistle at the end.

Snookie had two whistles at the water with two more to get to the point. Taking a couple of cast to get her off but she came back around from the left to grab her bird.

Evil took three whistles on the land and before entering the water. Four more blows came in the channel and two more at the point with the final one coming at the end. Nice job

130. FC-AFC CREEK ROBBERS SANTA ANA WINDS, "Breeze" BLF, Andy Kahn

Breeze had one whistle before entering the water, then two more in the channel. One to get off the point and one at the mound.

126. RAZOR'S BUCKSHOT, "Shooter" BLM, Larry Vaske

Shooter got three whistles before the water and one to adjust his line in the water. One to get on and off the point that carried him out and up to the mound with the last blow at the end.

125. FC-AFC BUSTER POSEY, "Buster" BLM, Steve Kompf

 One whistle before the water and one in the water to adjust the line. Buster received two more whistles to get on and off the point. He took a sharp left and banked early. One last whistle and he was to the bird.

Tru got on whistle at the water and five to get to the point. She finished with two more blows and she had her bird.

Bo took two whistles at the point and one to get off of it. The final one coming after the point and Bo had his bird

120. GIVE GRACE FOR THE BLUE, "Gracie" BLF, Tommy Parrish

Two whistles to put Gracie to the water. She got up on the right hand shore. Two more blows while she was on the shore. Gracie lined to the point with one blow to get off of the it and then one more at the mound.

Maggie got three whistles before entering the water and one more before the point. Two to get off the point and two before the mound then she had her bird.
